General Terms
- By commissioning me, you agree to the terms listed below.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
Payment
- Payment is due after commission is completed and approved by the client
- I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
- Before payment, a watermarked version of the final product will be delivered via email or other means of communication for review. Once payment is received, the watermark will be removed, and the high-resolution file will be sent to you.
- Payments will be made via PayPal.
- Please note that a paypal tax will be added to the commission prices listed below so that I can get fully paid for my commission. (.349 % tax + 0.49¢) I will caculate taxes and provide you with the actual price of your commission before work starts, for complete clarity.
- Prices are in USD and are non-negotiable unless stated otherwise.
Process and Revisions
- I will provide updates during the creation process, including rough sketches and final drafts.
- Minor revisions are allowed at the sketch stage. Additional revisions may incur extra costs.
- Major revisions requested after the final product is completed will be subject to additional charges.

Revisions Policy
Included Revisions
- Each commission includes one free revision per stage of the artwork. For each stage, the client gets one change for free. Revisions can be requested during the following stages:
- Sketch Stage: Adjustments to the initial sketch, including pose changes and minor design tweaks.
- Lineart Stage: Changes to the finalized lineart, such as refining details or correcting line placement.
- Coloring Stage: Adjustments to colors, shading, or minor details in the colored version.
- Final Touches: Final adjustments to shading, highlights, or small details before delivery.
Additional Revisions
- If further revisions are needed beyond the free revision for each stage, additional revisions will be charged at 10$ USD for minor revisions and 25$ USD for major revisions.
Revision Request
- Revisions should be clearly communicated and compiled in a single message for each stage to ensure efficient handling. If you are unsure about every revision you would like, please take your time.
- Once the final stage is approved, additional changes requested afterward will be subject to extra revision fees.
Minor and Major Revision Examples
- Minor Revisions include but are not limited to: changing the color of certain small areas, thickening areas of line work, adding more shines or highlights, etc.
- Major Revisions include but are not limited to: pose change after sketch phase, complete recoloring, changing species mid draw, etc. .
- Reminders after every art stage will be given to the client to put their revisions in.

Usage Rights
- I retain full rights to the artwork, including the right to post it on social media and use it in portfolios.
- Clients may use commissioned artwork for personal use only.
- Commercial use is not allowed unless a separate agreement is made.
- Clients may not resell, trade, or transfer the commissioned artwork.
- The artwork may not be used for AI training, AI generation, or added to AI datasets.
- Clients may not trace, recolor, redraw, or alter the artwork. Cropping for icons is allowed with credit.
- Clients may not remove or edit my signature or watermark.
Client Behavior and Communication
- I expect professional and respectful communication at all times. Any harassment, threats, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the commission.
- Timely communication is essential for the commission process. I will provide updates during creation and expect responses within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 3–5 business days).
- If a client fails to respond within this timeframe, I reserve the right to:
- Pause work or place the commission on hold until communication is reestablished.
- Cancel the commission after multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach the client.
- If you anticipate delays (e.g., vacation or personal reasons), please inform me in advance to avoid issues. I will do the same if I need extra time.
- Delays on the client’s end may affect the completion timeline of the commission.
Confidentiality
- Personal information shared during the commission process will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
- Please note that I reserve the right to post completed artwork in my portfolio and on social media. I do not offer private or non-postable commissions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Fee
- If you wish to cancel a commission after work has begun, a cancellation fee will be applied. The fee is calculated based on the amount of work completed and is typically between 20% and 60% of the original commission price.
- Commissions from a client that hasn't paid a previous cancellation fee will not be accepted.
- Work completed prior to cancellation may be retained by the artist and may not be used by the client until the cancellation fee is paid.
Cancellation Fee Breakdown
- Before Work Begins: No cancellation fee if the commission has not yet started.
- During Sketch Stage: 20% of the original commission price.
- Lineart Stage:30% of the original commission price.
- Base Color Stage: 50% of the original commission price.
- Full Render Coloring Stage or Final Touches Stage: 60% of the original commission price.
